How Can I Request a Service?

You can place your request either through our website (www.servicesquare.com.pk), mobile app or our local numbers – 051-2350555 & 0309-5556777.

How Do You Ensure Quality?

All of our technicians are highly-trained and knowledgeable and have years of experience under their belt. They always use state-of-the-art equipment and tools to ensure that your project is completed to the highest standards of safety and quality.

What if My Property is Damaged by Your Technician?

In case you sustain any property damage by any of our technicians, contact us immediately. We shall ensure that all the necessary repairs are made or any damages are fixed ASAP. Damages shall be reported within a 24-hour period. We will not be liable or responsible for any claims made after the specified period.

How do We Handle Complains?

All the complaints are serviced free of cost as long as they are reported within 72 hours. The complaints lodged after the specified time period will incur additional costs.

How Important is Client Satisfaction to Us?

We put a real emphasis on client satisfaction and consider it an effective tool to measure client loyalty and identify our unhappy clients. Thus, we work diligently to improve our client satisfaction rating in an effort to convert our clients into our brand ambassadors.

What are the Effective Methods to Request a Service?

While we offer you multiple options to request a job, it is highly recommended to use our app to keep track of your request. However, if you have a large project or do not have a smartphone, please contact our sales team for further assistance.

Are Your Prices Negotiable?

Our service charges are non-negotiable. However, we offer special discounted prices during promotional period.

What are Your Working Hours?

We are open 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Normal working hours are 9 AM to 6 PM (after that time, our services will incur additional costs).

Do You Provide Material for Repair?

Yes! Parts and materials can be purchased through Service Square. However, we don’t provide a guarantee or warranty of such parts and materials since we don’t stock or produce such items. Our clients are not obligated to purchase parts and materials from us and are free to purchase all necessary materials from any outlet.

Can I Pay for Services by Cash?

You can pay our technicians in cash as soon as they finish the job and provide you with an official invoice. (No payment should be made to the technician without an official invoice).

When will My Technician Arrive?

We try our level best to attend our clients on ASAP basis. However, in case where the concerned technician is fully engaged on a given day, we will provide you an estimated time of his arrival.

How do I Get Invoiced?

You will be invoiced after the work has been completed, either through your mobile app or your email. If you prefer a paper invoice it may also be requested through the technician.

What are the Payment Terms?

Currently we accept cash payments only. (Credit card/debit card payments will be available in the near future).
